Are there any good, let alone great, BBQ restaurants in L.A.? Doesn’t seem like it but maybe I’m wrong. Another topic for investigation.
Not BBQ, but I made this pork roast over the weekend.
You know it’s good when the bone comes out completely clean.
It’s basically this recipe but instead of the oven I put it in the slow cooker on low for 10 hours.
